Jim, provocative and thoughtful as always. We all struggle with this reality. I always tell people that we can never forget Palestinian suffering, even though they are hostage to an unrepentant terrorist group that many of them helped elect.

The key question, as always, is what is the best of the bad options. We have to be very candid and open about this when talking to people. I found they have responded well to the reality that Israel faces a deep ethical dilemma.
